We are 2/3 the way done with the programme. Time is going by way too fast.
Today we had our last English lesson with Hana-sensei and Yogeetha-sensei. The students gave some very well thought out presentations. Judging by how well they did today, the final programme presentations next Tuesday will be outstanding! Geoff-sensei, Nicola-sensei and I were all very proud of the students and how much they have grown and how much more confident they have become in only this short time in New Zealand.
最後の英語の授業だったんですね。ハナ先生、ヨギータ先生本当に有り難うございました。お世話になりました。立派なプレゼンだったということは、来週この研修のテストであるプレゼンも当然上手くできるはずですよね。ジェフ先生、評価のほどよろしくお願いします。ニコラ先生も厳しく評価をしてくださいね。皆さんは大分ニュージーランドの生活にも慣れてきましたようですね。後1週間はあるけど、ホームシックになってる？それとももっとそっちに滞在したい？

After lunch the food culture students and I went downtown to see some of the interesting local cafes.
食エイグループはカフェを訪問したんですね。おやおや、中心街の特別なカウチに座ってますね。座り心地は如何でしたか？
We stopped by Lucky Ninja, a food stall in front of the Cathedral run by a Japanese man from Chiba to try his karaage and miso soup.
千葉出身の人が経営している店で唐揚げと味噌汁を飲んだの？少し日本が恋しくなった？店の名前がラッキー・ニンジャちゅうの？
Then we went to C1 a hip cafe popular with tourists and locals alike.
On the way home we stopped off at the Asian supermarket to get ingredients for the takoyaki exchange party tomorrow. There the studnets were able to see what Asian foods were available in Christchurch.
明日の交流会用のたこ焼き用材料を買い込んだんですね。アジアの食品はどんなものがあった？まさか？というものもありましたか？
